End User License Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Shake AI ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Shake AI mobile application and any related services, features, content, and subscriptions (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Shake AI is a digital platform designed to help users discover, connect with, and communicate with independent specialists and service providers. Shake AI does not provide professional services itself and does not act as an employer, agency, or intermediary responsible for the services provided by specialists.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Shake AI offers paid auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. Shake AI does not control refund decisions.
The App may allow users to create, upload, share, or exchange content, including text, images, and messages ("User Content").
You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. By submitting User Content, you represent that:
Shake AI has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or harmful content or behavior, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice if these rules are violated.
Shake AI may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, or moderate User Content. Users may report objectionable content through in-app reporting tools or by contacting us.
Shake AI is not responsible for the conduct, communications, or interactions between users or between users and specialists. Any agreements, services, or transactions occur solely between the involved parties.
Use caution and good judgment when interacting with others.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided by Shake AI are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data. A functional link to the Privacy Policy is provided within the App and in the App Store listing.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shake AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription during the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
